Let us introduce ourselves! We are Ram & Virlyn, both full time w-2 employees who also run a successful sports collectibles business which started on eBay in 1998 and has earned Top-Rated seller status.
We concurrently also run an e-commerce shop which has grown to over 5,000 customers & followers combined since 2016. On Amazon, we are a verified blue checkmark merchant influencer! We work 9-5 just like most of you do while running a full time business to provide another stream of income.
Virlyn has a B.A in Business Administration from San Jose State University
Ram has a B.A. in Communications specializing in Radio & Television from San Francisco State University
We both enjoy our local sports teams and spending time with our kids, family and friends!

Why we chose commercial real estate.
After studying apartment investing & networking with like minded individuals for the past 2-3 years, it was clear that this vehicle could help us earn another flow of income without trading more time for money (as limited partners & active operators).
